What is your return policy?
All bouquets are made at your request however, they are non returnable and non refundable.
Do you offer personalised cards?
Yes! You may leave a message for us when u drop your order or proceed to drop us an email with a screen shot of your order. We will discuss with you on what you would prefer with your bouquet!
What are the payment options?
Payment can be made via Paynow, Paylah, Paypal, please do contact us for anymore queries !
How do you order?
1. All bouquets are designed like the picture. However they are not always identical. We strive to try our best to create it as close as possible to the picture.
2. Please do state what occasion it is and if you would like a special card with it.
3. Quantity, if you are buying bulk please do inform us at least a week before in order for us to prepare for you promptly.
4. Please state if it is for delivery or to be picked up and location to be delivered. Special discount for self collections, please do arrange a time with us :) . Delivery fee included in prices stated
5. Do give us enough lead time, and we ask for your patience as We are small business. We do appreciate if we can discuss when you may need the bouquet by.
